THE RAM GROUP is a professional investigative and security consulting firm located in the South Central Texas area and is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Bureau. Our firm specializes in providing consistent and thorough investigative methodologies, threat assessment and management, vulnerability analysis, and development of the most effective security/investigative solutions for our client base.

We will provide an estimate of expenses and keep clients updated on our investigative progress. At the conclusion of the investigation, THE RAM GROUP will provide clients with a detailed written report. Every investigative/security assignment is personally overseen and reviewed by the firm’s founder to ensure a quality product/investigation.

FOUNDER’S BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

     The owner and founder of THE RAM GROUP is Ricardo A.Martinez. He is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Supervisory Special Agent. Ricardo‘s federal law enforcement career spanned over twenty years. During his long career as an FBI Agent, he investigated a variety of federal criminal violations. Ricardo also served as a Field Division Civil Rights Program Coordinator for the FBI. In his capacity as a Supervisory Special Agent, Ricardo directed and managed myriad FBI investigative programs and had direct oversight of specialized investigations, including child pornography, Public Corruption, Counter-Terrorism, computer crimes, violent crime, and other federal violations. During his tenure as a Special Agent, Ricardo also received training as a Special Agent Assessor, Crisis Negotiator, EEO Investigator and Mediator.Ricardo has ten additional years of law enforcement experience at the state and local level. In addition to his law enforcement credentials, he holds the following academic degrees and professional/industry certifications:
